Please do not use eConsult for urgent requests they are for routine requests only, urgent requests should be made by attending the practice in person or by telephone. Once submitted you will receive confirmation that we have received your request, a member of the team will then be in touch with further information. We aim to respond to all routine eConsults by the end of the next working day.

After 6.30pm if you cannot wait until we are open at 8am the following weekday please ring 111 or in case of an emergency please call 999.
